Wesley DonaldLPC Associate · supervised by Jaime Telfeyan, LPC-S

Hi! I'm Wesley.

I've always been fascinated by existence, the mind, and what shapes us. I believe that understanding ourselves is one of the most meaningful things we can do and a crucial part of the human experience.

But I don't believe therapy is about fixing ourselves. I believe it's about finding freedom from the patterns that keep us stuck and creating a different relationship with our thoughts, emotions, and experiences. It's about creating a space where you can slow down, make sense of your mind, and discover new ways of moving forward.

Seeking therapy doesn't mean something is wrong with you — it's making the choice to better know yourself, grow through understanding, and move through life with authenticity and clarity.

My therapy style

My therapy style is relaxed and conversational. I'll ask thoughtful questions, share observations, gently challenge unhelpful patterns when appropriate, and celebrate your wins along the way. I want our work together to feel genuine, personal, and connected.

Who I work with

I enjoy working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, grief, ADHD, relationship challenges, life transitions, low self-esteem, religious trauma, and questions of identity, including the unique experiences of LGBTQ+ individuals.

Outside of therapy

You'll often find me spending time outdoors, playing the piano, spoiling my dogs rotten (as they deserve), crafting, exercising, reading, or caring for my houseplants.
